After teaching yoga for 8 years, it’s been a rough ride health wise, but I was determined to keep teaching no matter what – even from a wheelchair more times than I care to think about. I have also been so deeply frustrated, that in my times of need, I wasn’t able to find anyone to help me with the basic of stretches. When I talk about basic, I’m talking about a simple leg stretch with a strap.
2019 and 2020 saw me bed ridden for the most part, but I forged ahead and wrote a book called FUSED. I also created downloadable classes to help those where are suffering from back pain.
2021 was greeted with creating an APP, never in my wildest dreams did I ever think this was possible! In fact, the idea had never crossed my mind before.
I had to think of a name for it that not only described what I am doing, but also let people know that I am a yoga teacher, and not a medical professional in any capacity.
Yoga for Backs.
This was my choice, it is so apt for what I would like to do, to help others. It’s still under creation, but I have started with a 6-week guide and it’s called, Trudy’s Back Method – a guide to living a life of ease. Ten people are taking this journey with me and I could not be prouder.

- Inspirational Talks
I’m so excited to bring this to everyone, I truly hope that something about my journey can help you, whether it’s a word, or a movement, or even a smile.
