That we each manifest our reality, is not news to many. We receive a nudge from the collective consciousness to put something into action – a bright spark of inspiration or an ‘aha’ moment – and we set to work until that idea takes form. Once it does, we revel in the discovery that we have that seemingly magical power to create what it is we want to see in this world.
But what happens when we realise that we do not live in a vacuum? We are not solitary beings, detached from the world around us. We live in an interconnected world, physically and spiritually. And so, what we wish to manifest can sometimes clash with the collective – a collective that is oftentimes way, way off course.
For hundreds, if not thousands of years, our world has been built on the absence of compassion, of kindness, of understanding, of acceptance. Historically, the scales have been tipped in favour of prolonging human suffering for the benefit of the few, exploiting the limited self-awareness that abounds and a dense consciousness that is akin to swimming in mud. But an ever-increasing desire to step out of this slumber has been changing this narrative, so much so, that we are no longer facing an impasse, but an opportunity.
This opportunity is radical. It is a call to action the likes of which we have not seen for a very long time. It is so transformative, so powerful and yet so simple, that it begs belief we have not been able to rise up to this challenge before now. But here we are – and we are now presented with the chance to choose which side of the scales we wish to stand on. Will we keep moving through the mud or will we break through to clear water?
Because if we do, if we start to raise our awareness of self and others and step outside of the self-centred world that has been our home for decades, we will see that we now have a chance to dismantle what we once knew and manifest a new way of being.
What is this radical call to action? It is love.
Yes, love. Because the love we are referring to here is not the love of fairy tales or theoretical constructs. It’s a love that brings with it a surge of power so strong, it will vibrate through time and space for eternity. This love requires that we do something with it – it is not enough to just hold it close. It demands that we take action with it and in its name – that we put this love to work.
Conscious Leadership is this love in action. It’s the radical call to action we have been waiting for. It opens the door to great transformative change when we take complete and unencumbered responsibility for the way we live and lead – and we are all, always leading – in our homes, in our communities, in our workplaces, in our organisations, in our world.
The road map to get us there has already been created – it is clear, operationalised and ready to be rolled out and implemented immediately. Each month we will take a detailed look at each step on this road map. I invite you to join me as we manifest a world that truly reflects what we want our reality to look like. Collectively, and with love at our core.
