Conscious Leadership: Staying Aligned With Our Truth By Artemis Evangelidi

Our journeys are the reason we are here – to learn, grow, evolve, and move forward with our experiences as they guide us into the new.

The more we commit to living and leading consciously, the more we will notice that these journeys may not always be smooth sailing. In fact, we may find ourselves slipping backwards many times. But there is no reason to panic nor be disheartened. This is a normal part of the experience and what ultimately matters most is how quickly we can bring ourselves back to centre.

Coming back to core, remembering what we are here to do and staying aligned with our truth and authenticity may appear to be our greatest challenge, but it is also our greatest feat. This is why every step of the roadmap to Conscious Leadership offers a new toolkit – be it a mindset shift, a new habit to embrace or a heightened perspective.

We find ourselves facing more and more noise from the world around us each and every day, so much noise that the collective pull into chaos can be strong and tempting. Instead, we need to keep stepping away from the noise into the stillness; into the energy of acceptance and love for it is only from a place of acceptance and love that we can move to change things.

If we do not agree with what we are experiencing or what is transpiring around us, we have the power to bring about that change that we want to see in this world, by being that change ourselves. If we want a more compassionate world, we need to become more compassionate. If we want an equitable world, we need to become more equitable. If we want a more peaceful world, we need to become peaceful within. Everything being experienced on the outer is a mirror reflection of what is happening within and this mirroring shows us what it is we need to focus on so that we can bring about the change we so desperately need.

When we commit to staying aligned with our truth we can take small steps to move away from any fear or uncertainty that may be holding us back. We can be reliable with our word and not be hypocritical by saying one thing and doing another. We can have empathy and understanding for the suffering that is transpiring around us as we can become more involved by expanding our field of consciousness outwards and beyond our inner worlds.

What we think, say and do matters. It matters not only for our own evolution but for the evolution of all those around us who are impacted by the energy we add to the mix. Being aware and aligned with our values and our authentic core means that we are always acting with integrity and for the higher good of all. This is why staying aligned with our truth is one of the most selfless acts we can engage in.
