Last month I discussed with you the first of the five pillars to successfully reboot your heart intelligence and soft technology. Now we move onto the second.
Pillar 2: Why Our Mind Feels Split
According to Dr Gregg Braden, we are a technologically advanced, highly sophisticated soft technology with our brain holding approximately 50 trillion cells. Within each cell generates .07 volts of electrical potential and when you multiply .07 with 50 trillion cells, you can see that we generate 3.5 trillion volts of electrical energy from our brain.
We are a supercomputer that can self-regulate and expand in consciousness. Our brain consists of left and right hemispheres – thus operating in polarity. This is why some of us struggle to make clear and concise decisions.
- Our left hemisphere controls our right side of the body – it thinks, is logical, and processes based on fact. The right side of the body represents our masculine traits and is about action and problem solving.
- Our right hemisphere ignites the senses – like our intuition, psychic sense and feeling nature. It controls our left side of the body which represents our feminine side and it’s about receiving.
Within your mind sits a spiritual essence and awareness. Wherever you put your focus, your awareness will go.
Whatever you watch, whoever you interact with will impact how you feel and think.
Negative news that is visually stimulating, that gets you emotionally involved, will burn its way into your memory bank, and set up programs around the world about not being safe and uncertain. This is the leading cause of people’s anxiety in the world, and like most of your programs, they are not even yours.
Our heart only sees from the highest perspective. Our brain is split; therefore, it will judge, condemn, see things in black and white, wrong, and right, good, and bad. As a Psychological Astrologer I can see the emotional drivers in natal charts around success/failure, enough/not enough, and the conflict this polarity in the brain brings. The heart is not a polarity organ, it feels truth and knowing as it connects to Source.
You cannot be objective and less reactive when coming from the mind, you must be in your heart to feel what is truth of any situation to the best of your ability.
