Unlock your higher chakras with the Umana Technique

You know the seven chakras. Red at the base, orange in the sacral, yellow in the solar plexus. Green for the heart, blue for the throat, indigo for the third eye, violet or white at the crown.

They’ve become a kind of shorthand for how we talk about energy. And for good reason – they carry us and support us through so much. From grounding and creativity, to love, vision, and unity. I’d worked with those seven centres for years, and they held me steady through growth, through exploration, through more than a few of life’s curveballs.

But that’s exactly why I started looking beyond them. Like a wanderer stepping off the map, I sensed there had to be more. And I was right.
