It’s a common thing as a 3D human to expect to see change on the outside, in our reality, before we feel happy, healthier, more prosperous and living a life that is filled with peace and calm.
This belief will keep you stuck in an endless cycle of wanting to feel better, only to be back in the same reality, creating those same feelings of frustration and disconnection.
Feeling powerless to change.
Feeling hopeless and not worthy of living the life that other people seem to be living, where they have total alignment with their desires and joy.
I felt this too and despite the years of personal development, Spiritual practice and learnings, I would find myself stuck in the same reality and feeling so helpless to change it.
What I discovered was that I was trying to create a new reality with the SAME PERSONALITY that created the current one. Moving into higher vibrational alignment took me out of the old 3D beliefs.
This changed everything for me and is changing my clients lives too.
The reality you have right now was created by you.
A NEW REALITY can also be created by you. BUT you must do it with a different personality.
In the Dynamic Transformation 5 Step Process the first key to any change in your life is IDENTIFYING the new personality. And it already exists in a parallel reality.
Let’s look at 3 ways you can begin the process of this and start to tune in to that version of you.
Firstly, rather than putting all the things you feel are wrong with your life right now into one basket, choose ONE thing you want to shift.
Who IS the version of you that is living the reality you desire?
In a parallel reality YOU ARE living this reality so from that perspective, who are you?
Confident? Successful? Fit? Healthy? Abundant? Prosperous? Aligned?
For example; if you are currently not as healthy as you would like to be, what does the ‘healthy and vibrant’ version of you look like and how are you interacting in reality?
Close your eyes and think about the reality you wish to have right now.
Really see what you see, feel what you feel and listen to what you may be saying.
A great way to do this and identify exactly what you are calling in is to call yourself the change you wish to see i.e. Abundant (your name) or Healthy (your name) or Confident (your name).
2. Tune In
Once you have a clear picture in your mind and heart of the version of you, that already exists in another reality, write these things down:
i. What am I saying to myself daily?
ii. What am I saying to others?
iii. How do I feel about myself and life?
iv. What habits do I have?
v. How do I look?
vi. Any other things that you notice or that come to mind that are DIFFERENT to the current version of yourself.
3. Begin To Adapt and Integrate
Its important then to begin bringing these attributes and feelings into your current reality.
In full awareness and presence, you CAN begin to change the way you show up, for yourself and others.
When YOU begin to embrace a different personality, your current reality will then begin to start changing.
It is an inside job.
