So literally does a gate open up in the skies and out roars a lion? No of course not, but you might be so influenced by the extreme energies pouring into Earth at that point of time, you may feel like roaring like a lion.
Ever felt like that moment when nothing seems to go to plan and inside of you is this feeling of ‘up-roar’?

For centuries now the astrological sign of Leo is represented by a Lion and governed by the sun and transitions from July 23rd to August 22nd. The Alpha of August is the Lion’s Gate Portal – a time when the star system Sirius aligns with our Sun and the constellation Belt of Orion along with the Earth plane and the Giza Pyramid. It opens up from 26th July and peeks at its highest point of alignment with these structures on the eighth day of the eight month of our calendar year.
The combination of energies aligns not only with earthly and heavenly bodies, it also aligns with Numerology and numbers. Being knowledgeable of these properties and energy alignments brings great prophetic messages and influxes of light energy towards our human bodies when aligned with the moment. The intention behind this powerful moment is always with good will, utilising the energy alignments shining through to our physical awareness, our connection here on Earth and the star shining brightly in the night sky – Sirius. As the Earth revolves around our Sun with other planets, there is our Spiritual Sun, Sirius, governing the night skies in orbit – alternatively known as the Dog Star.
I was asked earlier in the week…
“what’s the significance of writing about the Lion’s Gate if the moment has already passed?”
Good question. The answer is for personal growth, manifestation and our intentions.
So therefore if you were not aware of this recent occurrence, it is really significant to know and relevant as the energies and alignment this calendar year continue on further past the portal date than any other year. This assists those aware and who have prepared their new energy pathway with the Lion and Lioness energies received from the higher realms of Sirius assisting us with personal growth, healing achievements and transformation.
The Lion’s gate portal brings profound moments of awakening and insights connected to the star Sirius – the brightest star in the sky at night – aligning with earth and astrology connected to numerology. It’s all connected.
Mythical historians have spoken of the Lion people. Astrologists talk of the astrological constellation sign of Leo. Every two thousand years we transit into a new astrological era. We are exiting Pisces and transitioning into the era of Aquarius, which will last two thousand years.
The Cosmic Age of Leo was 10,001 B.C. to 8,000 B.C.. The last Glacial Age occurred 12,000 years ago and coincided with the Cosmic Age of Leo. According to Malaika Mutere there are two lions said to hold open this magnificent time-space portal. One of these is represented by the Great Sphinx, whose figure is an earthly representation of the constellation of Leo and a key piece of the puzzle of relationships within the Milky Way galaxy above & below.
It’s interesting to note the exact highest point of the 8.8.8 Lion’s gate this year was the alignment over the Giza Pyramid where the sphinx lies.
