THE YEAR IS ALMOST OVER by Leeann Kime

Those words remind me of the song with the words about one year ending and another one beginning.

Endings and beginnings are inevitable in life, and it’s a wonderful thing to have a choice about how to look at endings and beginnings and how to navigate the changes.

I have been working with clients over the last 2 weeks who have wanted to release old emotions from their bodies and minds and bring about a new sense of freedom and peace.

It has been wonderful to support them using Medical Intuitive, Psychic Surgery, and Art of Feminine Practice techniques to facilitate the shifts and changes.

Sally wanted to release anger, a deep anger that had been running through her body, life and decisions since she was a child.  After an hour of mentoring and processing, Sally was much lighter and felt so free.  Sally was looking forward to the day and said she couldn’t wait to see what was going to unfold for her today.

It is such a blessing to see the shifts and changes that clients make.  I am always inspired by the greatness of the human spirit and the beauty of what can happen when someone makes a choice to update and upgrade their life and release the old, outdated version.

This time of the year is a great time to look back and see what has changed and been updated in my life.  I always look forward to being grateful for it all, even moments that were growth-promoting.

I gently invite you to come into the present moment with the breath, one hand on the belly and one hand on the heart space in the center of the chest.  Drop inward and with closed eyes and come into the present moment and know that you are enough, you are precious, and you are loved.

Enjoy your end of year with family and friends, let go of any old stuff, and enjoy the present moments, and then create lots of new adventures for 2026.
