Which crystal calls you in 2025? By Charlie Lally

As we adjust to the New Year, crystals can be highly beneficial when undergoing significant life changes. They can be utilised in various ways, such as: meditation, affirmations, crystal jewellery, visualisation, writing, and strategically throughout your home, among other methods.

I would love to share my favourite crystals for 2025:

LABRADORITE
Labradorite is known as the “Stone of Magic” with its amazing colours. It may help
you to embrace the magical awakening energy of Labradorite. This stone is well-
known for enhancing one’s inner spirit, intuition and psychic abilities, making it an
excellent tool for spiritual growth and discovery of oneself as we welcome the New
Year.

Using Labradorite in your New Year traditions, meditations, and daily activities will
help you harness its transforming and protecting energies, leading you to a year of
growth, positivity, and inspiration.

AMETHYST

Amethyst is known for its stunning purple colour. It is described as a spiritual and
calming stone that symbolises peace and harmony. Amethyst is also known for its
ability to clear energy fields, repel bad influences, and generate a shield of spiritual
light around you.

By using Amethyst in your New Year’s traditions, meditations, or daily activities you
may simply keep it nearby you to tap into its calming and protective qualities to start
the year with serenity and clarity.

CLEAR QUARTZ
Clear Quartz is a well-known as the “master healer” that stimulates energy,
intensifies intentions, and magnifies the effects of other stones. It is also absorbs,
stores, releases, and regulates energy. Clear quartz is an excellent partner stone for
setting intentions.

By using Clear Quartz in your New Year traditions, meditations, or daily activities to
benefit from its amplifying and clarifying qualities. You may even pair with other
crystals to enhance their properties and generate a powerful resonance.

LAPIS LAZULI

Lapis Lazuli has a stunning blue colour with pyrite through it sometimes. It is said to
be the stone of truth and wisdom aiding in clear communication and deep
understanding. Lapis Lazuli is considered to protect and shield against negative
influences. The stone’s water element colour aids in the purification of lower energies
in the body and their alignment with higher frequencies. It facilitates the link with
cosmic heavenly energies.

By using Lapis Lazuli in your New Year traditions, meditations, and daily activities
simply keeping it near your space will enable you to harness its potent energies and
establish a positive tone for the upcoming year.

Although there are many other crystals you may use. Every one of these crystals
offers its special energies and qualities to support you all year long. If you’re looking
for inspiration, clarity or protection, these stones can be wonderful helpers in
reaching your New Year’s goals and intentions.

This is how I use my crystals; you may choose to do the same or try your
techniques:

Meditation
Consider integrating crystals into your daily meditation routine. Holding a crystal or
placing it on your body may enhance its protective power. Envision the crystal as a
gateway that opens to various realms if you seek a connection to the spiritual world.
Create a crystal grid.

Crystals can be arranged in a grid arrangement to increase their shielding when you
are in the spiritual realms. You may create a grid and place it in your meditation
space or home, office for additional spiritual protection.

Cleansing regularly
By keeping your crystals clean, they will have the ability to absorb energy and work
at their highest potential. To preserve their natural state, you can use techniques
such as moonlight, sage, saltwater or running water (Selenite, Lepidolite, Malachite,
Azurite, Kyanite Hematite, Pyrite), or vibrations from a singing bowl/tuning fork.

Wearing Crystals Jewellery
Wearing or holding a crystal close to you can act as a protective measure throughout
your day. You may choose a crystal that aligns with your intentions and wear it as a
ring, bracelet, or necklace for continuous protection.
