Your Inner Guide: The Ultimate Authority by Jo Le-Rose

Our journey so far has explored how the interplay of positive and negative forces from our childhood affects our subconscious mental and emotional state. Now, it’s time to shift our focus to harnessing the power within us. It’s crucial to understand that while everyone’s experiences differ, with varying degrees of challenges and emotional impacts, healing doesn’t have to involve spending large amounts of time and energy revisiting past events. Instead, we can speed it up by focusing on a transformative concept in every moment:

The Ideal Self.

Imagine a version of you that has experienced countless lifetimes, accumulating vast wisdom, refining your character traits, and nurturing an immense capacity for love and compassion. This Ideal Self is the epitome of knowledge and power, radiating transformative energy. It’s the version of you that has journeyed through your current life, witnessing every thought, emotion, word, and action you’ve taken or will take. It understands your deepest fears, your most cherished dreams, and always has your best interests at heart.

Your Ideal Self is not only the most complete version of you – it’s your best friend, and it can help you.

Exercise: Journey to Your Ideal Self

  1. Create a Sanctuary: Find a space that is quiet and comfortable, free from distractions.
  2. Envision and Connect: Picture this completed version of yourself in your mind’s eye. Try to sense how this Ideal Self thinks and feels about you, your life, and the world.
  3. Assess the Contrast: Notice the difference between your current mental and emotional state and that of your Ideal Self.
  4. Harmonise Your Energy: Start aligning your thoughts and emotions with those of your Ideal Self, as if tuning an instrument to the right pitch.
  5. Merge and Transform: Visualise yourself merging with your Ideal Self. From this unified perspective, examine your life’s issues past and present. What does your Ideal Self think and feel about these? As you do this, breathe through any emotional response until it dissipates. If you lose the sense of being merged, refocus on how your Ideal Self thinks and feels until you are once again united.
  6. Guided Decision-Making: Use this integrated perspective to contemplate any decisions you’re facing. What insights does your Ideal Self offer on each option? What are the best choices for you? What action do you need to take?

This exercise is not only a gateway to profound self-discovery and healing, but it’s also designed to bring clarity to your current issues and decisions, paving the way for a richer, more rewarding future.

In truth, the highest authority is within you. While the world often prompts us to seek wisdom externally, the most intelligent, untapped source of knowledge and guidance is nestled deep within your being—your Ideal Self. This entity represents the pinnacle of love, light, and transformation, akin to your ‘God Self.’ It patiently waits for you to acknowledge its presence, eager for you to build a deep, enduring connection that will transform every single aspect of your day.

Next month, we will use an Ancient Frequency Clock to move your life into the Ideal Life.

Until then…
