I love the Spring Season. Ever since I was a little girl, Spring always held some kind of magic. I loved the stories I heard about how the snow melts and all the little plants, flowers, and animals come to life again. Even though I lived in Queensland and there was no snow, the wonder of the stories and nature enchanted me. I lived in a rural area, and I was blessed to be able to witness nature performing her magic in the Spring. There were trees that grew new leaves, the grass grew greener, rain patterns changed, and different plants and flowers grew. I observed my family and grandparents do the big Spring Clean and change things around to fit in with the new season.
I recently asked my workshop group if they had fond memories and connections to the Spring Season. Everyone in the group offered stories and fond memories for the Spring Season.
Do you have a story filled with fond memories about Spring, and what does it mean to you?
