What To Know About Leading a Soul Driven Life.
Getting acquainted with your purpose and mission in this lifetime creates unimaginable shifts in your reality, but it can also be uncomfortable taking soul driven steps.
The notion that something needs to feel good in order for it to be soul led isn’t always accurate. Especially when these soul led decisions lead to growth.
When you are learning to decipher between what is soul led and what is coming from ego and past trauma can be scary, and it’s also something that you need to decide for yourself because the way our soul speaks to us is different for everybody.
Everyone’s soul language is unique because YOU are unique. Something that makes perfect sense to you may not make the slightest bit of sense to anyone else, and that’s ok! Because no one else is on the same journey as you.
When you first start learning your language and tap into your soul led intuition, the messages you receive will be very faint. You may even question whether or not you really received the message you think you did, but you need to keep going back and tapping into it again and again.
It’s like training a muscle, the more you use it, the stronger it will become.
Here are three quick, easy tips on how to connect with your soul daily to strengthen your connection:
- Open your journal and write down “My soul is here and it’s saying” and then write down the first things that come to mind. It may be a word, or a sentence in the beginning, but eventually you will be able to stay connected long enough to write paragraphs and even pages of soul led messages to help guide you.
- Meditate – When you meditate with the intention of connecting with your soul and the messages it has for you, you are opening yourself up to receiving them at all times, showing that you are ready to listen, even if you may not know what that message may look like in the beginning. Trust yourself enough that you are on the right path.
- Ask questions – Chat about your journey with others! Even though your language is different, that doesn’t mean your experiences can’t be shared. Someone else’s experience may resonate with you and open you up to a new way of receiving your messages.
All in all, enjoy the growth that this journey has to offer you, because while you will be exposed to new situations that may test you, this is a beautiful experience that you are destined to undertake.
This is your moment; embrace it.
