Bloody bye 2025! By Linda Willow Roberts

Thanks for the teachings, the deconstructing, the wake-up calls, and yes, even the chaos. You were not exactly soft and not exactly subtle, but you were real. On the other hand, I do also want to recognise that 2025 has been a year of strong progress for me as a professional. More learning opportunities, more formats, more events, and more connections and collaborations. I was humbled to accept the Spiritual Business of the Year Award at the Australian Ladies in Business Initiative, and I loved connecting with some of the most caring and encouraging women. I then had the blessing to co-Mc at the Spiritual Leaders Awards on the Gold Coast, amidst the most thriving spiritual leaders. It has certainly been a year of contrasts. Learning and struggles.

The nine-year is closely tied to the themes of karma and dharma. It is a nine-year-old who asks difficult questions. What have you let go of. What are you still hanging onto?

What cycles are repeating that no longer support you? It was this thought that led me to create the Manifestation Flowchart online course. I wanted to offer the ability for people to live on purpose and to release the weight that they have been carrying around for years. One person told me that they saw my course and that they were not ready to tackle that kind of work yet. It is going to be big. My answer was straightforward. It’s only big if you make it that way. Ending cycles doesn’t have to mean drama, but it means telling the truth. This is what the end of a nine-year cycle feels like.

Hello 2026. It is a new year by the calendar, and it is not considered the new year in a cosmic or astrological way just, yet Aries season is the start. It is not the Chinese New Year either until the Fire Horse begins on the seventeenth February. However, in a cosmic way, the feel for a completely new year is already present. A blank slate. A point at which we can leave the thinking of the masses and move into intentional thinking. We can only work with what we know. We don’t have any information on what we don’t know. Take what you want from this message and leave the rest. Your truth is what is necessary.

Numerologically, the date 1 January 2026 breaks down into the number twelve, meaning it reduces to the number three. This number has echoed through time. Daughter, Mother, Crone. Father, Son, Holy Ghost. The Law of Three in witchcraft. Ascended masters’ numbers. Immediately, we see the underlying vibrational pattern of creation and connection. However, on the third of January, we find ourselves under the influence of the Full Moon in Cancer. This is an emotionally intense and sensitive full moon. Cancer is the mystical, watery sign. I do not want to repeat myself, but my intuition tells me the cleansing is going to involve the power of water. Flood energy. A reminder that water is nourishment and rebirth. February also brings major seismic shifts, both literally and metaphorically.

Then on the nineteenth, we have the New Moon in the sign of the goat, Capricorn, where we are dealing with goals, creating foundations, and making earthy choices.

Listen for the ideas that keep rising to the surface about the future, and they will tell you things. This is the perfect time to earth goals for the long-term, which is exactly why I will offer a Zoom manifesting class on how to achieve your goals by living on purpose instead of on automatic.

Eclipses occur in February and March, and then later in July and August. The Fire Horse year starts with a New Moon in Aquarius, accompanied by an annular solar eclipse. The ring of fire picture is very striking in this instance to my intuition.

Aquarius is a humanitarian sign, and it is indeed interesting to consider whether humanity is going to come together once more through adverse circumstances.

Contrast is what has produced unity down the ages.

We can be one, unified with one another as humans, with the Earth, with the spirit or energy, or with one’s higher self or higher self’s energy. One embodies yang energy, or masculinity. One is also the number of the Sun. This gives us another name for the year that is Fire Horse, which is the Year of the Sun. This symbolises life force, health, illumination,

Every year, I also research the numerology side by side with science. Number One on the periodic table begins with hydrogen, which has the largest concentration in the whole universe. It sustains all the stars through nuclear fusion. It sustains the Sun. It sustains water and by extension life itself. This similarity appears very meaningful. Does the energy of creation resonate powerfully in the year 2026?

A Fire Horse year is quick, bold, expansive, and innovative. Fire, Sun, and One are a powerful combination that propels you forward, but they do also demand your attention. Burning out, acting impulsively, speaking honestly but tactlessly, and taking unnecessary risks are potential issues. Living with intention is what turns this energy positive instead of negative. This is an aggressive year. If you’re working with it effectively, by the end of 2026 you might look back in amazement at all that has transpired. Consider the horse. Don’t bolt. Trot.

This year inspires the warrior, the pioneer, the trailblazer, the innovator, the teacher, the leader, and the creator. It challenges you to let your inner flame kindle your creative juices. Courage and ingenuity will be rewarded. New roads are meant to be pioneered.

“Breakthrough year” is what we have been using for this year, and although this is a potent phrase, it is also true. The planetary positions, the “One Year,” Sun, and “Fire Horse” all suggest radical progress. If you have been doing the work to thrust yourself into what is new. If you were unwilling to let go, this year has been explosive. The Sun shines a light on everything. There is nothing hidden.
