Chocolate peanut butter delish with cranberry by Reena Terreping

Ingredients

0.5 Cup of peanut butter

3 Tbsp of coconut & MCT flour blend or just very fine coconut flour

4 Tbsp sugar free maple syrup

1 Tbsp of stevia sugar

60g of dark chocolate for cover

Method

Mix all with stick blender and add some warm water if it’s too thick. Form 13 balls using a teaspoon and fingers. Freeze for 4 minutes to cool them down.
Melt the chocolate and use 2 forks to dip the balls into the chocolate.

Garnish with a dried cranberry on top (or leave it out for a keto recipe).

Makes 13-14 balls depending on the natural loss (batter eating) of material in the process πŸ™‚
