Red is fiery and energetic and creates inner warmth, confidence, courage, energy, strength, determination, passion, sexual attraction and keeps us spontaneous! The colour red stimulates cell growth and also relates to stability, security and is grounding. Red encourages us to have will power and to be ambitious. Red is the colour of the first Chakra – ROOT or base, located at the base of the spine. Influences the endocrine system, ovaries and testes.
