Sarah KottmannLast year came with an abundance of new opportunities, opportunities to follow our dreams and to step more into our power. To become who we want to be without the restriction we have placed on ourselves. At least this is what shifted for me last year it was a letting go of the old and stepping into the new. It gave me the strength to take that next step, entirely out of the confident zone but with confidence and joy.
For ten years, I grew my business as a health practitioner, which has many ups and downs. With dreams of one day bringing practitioners together to share a space and work together, supporting each other and supporting the wellbeing of those who entered the space. A space of light and love that would feel like you were leaving the chaos of life behind, even if it was just for a moment.
2020 allowed me to realise this dream was possible, and we opened the doors to Soul Spectrum Holistic wellness centre in January 2021. The clinic host five practitioner rooms, workshop space and a small shop.
The shop section supports small business in Australia to showcase their products and help these businesses grow. We have a fantastic array of products which can also be purchased online and picked up.
Our practitioner ranges from energy healers, homeopaths, naturopath, counsellors, craniosacral therapist, art therapy, psychic readings and astrologers.
Our workshops are a massive array of interests, including art classes, astrology workshops, numerology workshops, reiki course, spiritual guide drawings and more.
It has started to form into everything I dreamed and visualised, the power of manifestation.
If you have dreams and desires start seeing the big picture, feel it and visualise it, then take the first step toward that goal, always following your intuition, you never know what dreams might come true.
