New Year, New You: A Holistic Approach to Health by Jo Le-Rose

As we step into the new year, let’s take a moment to reflect on our journey since September 2023. Here’s a brief overview:

Sept: You are More Than the Physical – Understanding how the negativity within human consciousness is an external influence before age seven, and becomes internalised through an experience of powerlessness (FPOP).

Oct: Vocalising Negativity – Addressing emotional issues by exploring your life year-by-year, leading to energy replenishment through targeted questioning.

Nov: Ending Self-Sabotage – Eradicating limiting mind marks, moving beyond the ‘I can’t’ barrier to embrace boundless possibilities.

Dec: Meeting Your Ideal Self – Connecting with the future version of you, who embodies wisdom from your entire life journey, a guide and friend in one.

Jan: Emotional Scales and the Frequency Clock – Using emotions to navigate your life’s challenges, aligning with the highest frequencies where your Ideal Self thrives, and cultivating freedom in your daily life.

February’s Focus: Healing the Body

Three key factors often contribute to illness:

  1. Toxicity
  2. Deficiency
  3. Emotional Distress

While detox, nutrition, and lifestyle changes can address toxicity and deficiency, the subconscious mind is the ultimate regulator of our health. It operates tirelessly to maintain wellness, but suppressed fears and unresolved emotions can create distress in your energy system, eventually manifesting as physical symptoms. This phenomenon isn’t limited to your personal experiences; it’s also intertwined with your genetic makeup. Inherited from your ancestors, your DNA carries a history of their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. When you encounter situations resonant with these ancestral patterns, the corresponding genetic traits are activated, explaining why illness can unexpectedly happen to those who lead healthy lifestyles. However, with the right knowledge, you can assist your body back to a state of balance.

Technique: Healing an emotional illness has three processes.

  1. Go Into It.
  2. Be With It
  3. Move Through It.

Preparation: Choose a quiet space with lots of fresh air for oxygenation.

Identifying the Illness:

  1. Locate the physical discomfort.
  2. Spend a minute simply observing it.

Go Into It:

  1. What is the colour of the illness?
  2. What is its texture and temperature?
  3. What does it taste like?
  4. What does it sound like?
  5. What does it smell like?
  6. How does it make you feel emotionally?.
  7. Rate the physical discomfort on a scale of 1-10.

Be With It:

  • Inhale deeply, visualising healing energy coming from the oxygenated air.
  • Exhale, releasing the illness’s colour, texture, taste, sound, scent, emotion, and discomfort as a combined energy by imagining it moving through a tube that is attached to an energy convertor box.
  • Once the energy hits the box, it converts back to light and is pulled through an opening at the back of the box to be absorbed by the oxygenated air.

Move Through It:

  • Repeat the questions, noting any changes.
  • Continue until the illness transforms into a pure, non-negative state, symbolising emotional release and comfort.

Combined with gentle detoxification, proper nutrition, this healing process can help you to align your body, mind, and soul with health. There’s no need to work out the specifics or the origin of the illness, understand it as a message that is highlighting a subconscious resistance. This technique aims to lift that resistance, allowing your energy to once again flow freely and restore well-being.

Embrace 2024 as a year of intimate connection with your holistic self, focusing on a balanced approach to health that encompasses both physical and emotional wellness.

Until next month…
