Part 1: How do you know if your chakras are blocked? By Charlie Lally

Have you ever felt off balance and do not know why? Well, it could be as simple as your chakras are out of balance.

The following are a few signs that you may be experiencing; yet are unaware of, whether you are blocked or not…

Crown 7^th Chakra

Colour: Violet

Position: The Crown Chakra, located at the top of the head, is where enlightenment and transcendence occur.

When you open the Crown Chakra:

You may feel a profound sensation of calm, peace, and joy.
You may feel a connection to a higher power, Mother Earth, or a source of knowledge.

Visualise a golden white light streaming from the top of your head to the centre of the Universe and beyond. Every day, to connect with the divine, feel the purification and opening to the divine cosmic.
