Ingredients:
1/2 cup of raw cashews (soaked in the water overnight or 2 hours in a hot water on the same day)
2 Tbsp coconut cream (nice and creamy part only)
1/4 cup of sugar-free maple syrup
1 cup of desiccated coconut
1 Tbsp Stevia (if you like them really sweet)
Tiny pinch of pink salt
Another 0.5 cup of desiccated coconut for rolling
Method:
Place all the ingredients in the food processor, stir for 2 minutes check if it has created a smooth paste and then another 2 minutes or until it’s a really smooth paste. If you like creamier, then you can add another tablespoon of coconut cream. However, it should be rollable consistency.
Use teaspoon and make 10-12 balls out of it. 1 ball 12-15g and 82 kcal
