Icing on the Cake Martini by Kathryn Morrow

A blackberry vanilla martini (approx 220 cal)

1 oz organic or fair trade vodka 65 cal
1 oz Galliano vanilla liqueur 100 cal
1/4 oz Chambord Liqueur 25 cal
1-2 oz unsweetened organic almond milk 10 cal
1/4 tsp organic pure vanilla extract 3 cal
1 tsp organic coconut sugar 15 cal

Add all ingredients to a shaker cup filled with ice. Shake vigorously until coconut sugar dissolves.  Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with lemon rind or lemon wedge and serve! Enjoy!
