Start here:

• Who do you serve best?
• What problem are they struggling with right now?
• How does your work help them shift that?

When you answer those questions simply and honestly, your message becomes magnetic.

2. Choose Your Rhythm

• You don’t have to be “everywhere”
• You just need to show up consistently in a way that works for you
• Pick one or two platforms and a frequency you can stick to, even gently

Your rhythm creates trust. Not just with your audience – but with yourself.

3. Design a System That Supports You

If your marketing feels scattered, overwhelming, or hard to maintain, it’s not you – it’s the system.

Start simple.
