Did you know that everyone has a legacy?

We, as humans, are put on this Earth for a reason, yet we are often taught to do as we’re told and chip away at our lives working for a machine of someone else’s making.

But, we aren’t destined for that. From the moment we’re born, we are given seeds of inspiration; seeds of life that point us in the direction of our legacy.

Have a look at the way children light up when they’re passionate about something.

Here are some actionable steps you can take this Spring to land feet first into your legacy, and start shifting your reality.

• Sit down with a pen and paper and write down a list of everything that lights you up. Do you love working with children? Are you creative? Do you have the perfect solution for anyone who comes to you with a problem? You don’t have to limit yourself to just one thing either, write down anything and everything.
  
• Have a look at your current time and financial schedule and see how much time and money you can commit to creating a new, legacy inspired, revenue stream. Remember, you don’t need to jump into a full blown business with employees and an in depth marketing campaign. A lot of small businesses started for free or for under $100. Any step towards living your soul purpose is a positive one.
  
• Taking inspiration from the list in step number one, pick one or two things that genuinely light you up, and do some market research on any needs that aren’t being met in your community that you could solve. How can your unique gifts and talents help better the lives of others?
  
• Reach out to your community and actively ask who needs help and whether you would be able to provide a solution for them. You would be surprised at how many successful people started with this simple process and their legacy built from there!

By taking your time, and becoming aware of your situation and the situation of others, you have ensured that, not only are you in alignment with your legacy, you are building a solid enough foundation to support growth and long term impact.
