The Journey

My journey began when I was asked a simple question “Where inside of you is your Feminine Essence”?  I stopped and thought for a moment, I was surprised that I didn’t know, I could not answer the question.  I cried for about 3 hours and then decided to explore Feminine Presence.

I discovered The Art of Feminine Presence and for 12 months I worked 1 on 1 with a facilitator and created a deep connection for myself. 

I then trained as a facilitator in The Art of Feminine Presence and deepened my embodiment and connection. 

What Came Next

I started working with women in workshops and 1 on 1 and witnessed many amazing changes and personal growth.  These changes happened very easily and quickly and were lasting as women connected to themselves and their beautiful feminine presence.

By coming “home” to oneself through the practice of the feminine meditation more energy, vitality and intuitive guidance is available.

I watched the lives of many women change and my own life changed so much that not a day goes by now without me connecting to my inner feminine presence.
