The Flow of Wealth By Abbey Rose

Maintaining Balance in Energy and Financial Management

When you look at balance, flow and harmony, you also need to look at cycles and rhythm. Everything in life has natural cycles, including your finances.

Just like the weather, we as humans, also have cycles and rhythm.

There are times for growth, and there are also times for death.

We cannot be balanced all the time, but when you are able to find balance within those cycles and rhythms, that is when we start to embrace our flow.

When you are trying to harmonise your wealth, it is important that you are not forcing a sense of balance and rhythm, because that is when we block ourselves.

If you are not sure whether you may be blocking your natural flow of wealth, here are a few things to watch out for:

  1. You find yourself stressing about where your next paycheck is coming from. – money and stress do not go hand in hand. Money loves to feel safe, so if you are constantly running after it, you will continue to chase it away. Try instead, asking yourself questions like: How can I increase my wealth with the assets I currently have? What skills do I possess that other people would pay me for? Am I listening to what my soul is asking me to create, or am I working purely for a paycheck?
  2. Your money leaves you as quickly as you receive it. – Have you ever found yourself in the situation where as soon as money hits your account, you blink, and it is gone? This is a sign that you may not be in flow with your wealth. Money loves to create more money, so if you constantly feel like you are chasing your tail, trying to stay on top of your life financially, there may be a few leaks that you are not aware of. Print out the last three months of your bank statements and highlight, in different colours, your bills, subscriptions and life expenses, and see where you might be spending money that may not need to be spent. A subscription you don’t use, for example.
  3. Money makes you feel anxious. – If, ‘more money more problems’ is a belief that exists within your conscious or subconscious, money may be making you feel anxious, which will be stagnanting the flow of it into your life. If there is any part of you that feels like money is hard, you will struggle to retain it, as it will be proving to you that you are right. Take some time to write down everything you believe about money. Be truthful with yourself. Then pick one and rewrite that belief. It may take some time, but affirmations, meditation, self-help books, these will all help you to shift your mindset and see money as a tool for freedom, not a burden. Keep doing this until you have re-written all those negative beliefs.

Once you start noticing and shifting these small habits and beliefs, you will notice more and more money flow into your life.

And if you would like to learn more about how you can step into financial flow, and what your legacy may be, my team and I would love to help you!
