Weight Issues Across the Dimensions – Part 3 by Lisa Brough

Stress and the activation of the subconscious mind (3/4D), primitive programs.

In this part of our series, I would like to focus on one powerful primitive program and how it affects our weight – the Kidney Collecting Tubule program, also known as the Refugee conflict or Existential conflict. It is part of the understanding from German New Medicine by the late Dr Hamer.

It’s a psychological operating program that is triggered by life events, and often slips under our awareness. In modern life, we have many sources of stress, some are obvious due to the emotional intensity that goes with them, and others are more subtle.

The Kidney program runs subconsciously and helps us increase our chance of survival when we encounter the following situations:

  • Feeling outcast or needing to move house/town/country to stay safe. This could be escaping a mouldy house, domestic violence, family betrayals, losing your job or refugee situations.
  • Losing a feeling of community or a friendship group.
  • Lack of understanding and support from our families.
  • You feel like a “fish out of water” – without the resources, nutrition, money, defences and support you need to survive and thrive.

What does the Kidney program do in the body?

  • Retention of water through the action of the kidneys.
  • Creates an “anabolic tendency to hold on to nutrients and gain weight.
  • It will also tend to make your symptoms and other issues feel worse.

If any of this is connecting dots for you, then here are some tips to switch off this program:

  1. Speak affirmations to your subconscious mind. If you would like something general to start with, try this: “Thank you subconscious mind for taking care of me, but it’s now time to let go of excess fluid and excess bodyfat. I am safe. I have resources, community and support to help me survive and thrive.”
  2. Look at where in your life this is coming from and make changes to build the support you need. Reach out and connect with new friends, allies, home situation and jobs as needed.
  3. Take care not to isolate yourself, become dehydrated or eat too little food.

Conflicts and programs such as these are part of the evolutionary journey in all animals and are still operating subconsciously and automatically in modern times. We don’t always trigger them in stressful situations – if we are in balance at resilient, we don’t. That’s where our beliefs and experience play a part in making us more susceptible to switching on these programs.

My wish is for all of you in 2026 and beyond to access more wellness and happiness through solving problems, big and small. German New Medicine is an amazing gift to humanity, and if you would like some help to begin to use it in your life, just reach out for a consultation with me.
