Where did 2022 go, it seemed to pass so quickly and now it’s 2023…

I’ve discovered that tuning in to these crystals has helped me centre myself for mind, body, soul, and surroundings. They balance the energies and vibrations in my body and space, bringing me back into balance with wellness and health.

I hold these crystals in my hands and surround myself with them while I meditate, or I set up a wellness altar in my home or keep them by my bedside while I sleep. I also carry them with me throughout the day i.e., jewellery, in my bra or handbag.

So, for the New Year 2023, I’d like to share my top crystals:

BLACK TOURMALINE can also help remove negative energies from a person or space. It’s a stone that cleanses and purifies the emotional body of negative thoughts, anxieties, anger, or feelings of unworthiness.

SMOKY QUARTZ  is an excellent grounding and shielding stone, particularly during times of stress, as well as a stabilising stone that provides centering energies.
