Greetings my friends.
Do not wring your hands in sorrow and grief.
This brings you no joy. It lowers your resistance to all sorts of negativities surrounding us all.
Instead, in times fraught with hurt or anger or worry, consider rising above, feeling yourself rise above the maelstrom of anxiety, hurt, anger, and worry and even, yes, even despair.
Spare a thought for those in trouble and send out thoughts of love and healing. This can take practice, but it takes so little time to do.
Sit for a moment and think of good thoughts, love, courage, thoughtfulness.
Everything is relative. Even in the middle of darkness you will always see – if you go within – close your eyes and go within, you will always see a bright light in your mind’s eye – the light of love, of strength, goodwill, and kindness. Feel how different this feeling is compared to one of anger and hate and ill will to others. There is a huge difference. I hope you felt it.
The scales must be in balance, and they are in balance with many thoughts of love, hope, faith, and good cheer that sit on one side of the scales to balance the negativity of others around you.
The scales of love must balance outright. You must do your part for balance in the game of light and dark. Do your part to balance the light and keep it above the dark.
