Spring has officially sprung, and there’s something about this time of year that makes us want to freshen everything up.
I know I’m currently in full spring-cleaning mode — clearing out cupboards, washing down the front door, getting rid of things we no longer need and giving the house that fresh feeling again.
But while we’re busy cleaning our homes, opening the windows and clearing out the clutter, it’s also a great time to think about what’s happening inside our bodies.
At A1 Colon Hydrotherapy, spring is always a time when we see people wanting to reset their routines and start prioritising their gut health again. After the cooler winter months, many of us feel a little more sluggish, bloated, or just not quite ourselves.
Colon hydrotherapy is a gentle treatment using warm, purified water to help cleanse the colon and support bowel regularity. For many of our clients, having a colonic is part of their broader gut-health routine alongside good hydration, nourishing foods, movement and looking after their overall wellbeing.
And just like cleaning out that cupboard you’ve been avoiding all winter, sometimes getting started is the hardest part!
If you’ve never experienced colon hydrotherapy before, you might be surprised by how comfortable and private the process can be. At A1, we use a closed system and one of our trained therapists stays with you throughout your treatment, helping you feel comfortable and supported.
We often recommend three sessions relatively close together, particularly for new clients or those who haven’t had a colonic for a while. Your first treatment can be a bit of a learning experience for both you and your body, and subsequent sessions can allow you to continue working through your gut-health goals with your therapist.
And this spring, we have an extra reason to celebrate.
We’re welcoming our lovely therapist Pauline to the A1 team, and to celebrate we’re offering $95 colon hydrotherapy sessions with Pauline for a limited time.
Pauline will be treating from our Jindalee and Oxenford clinics, so if you’ve been thinking about booking your first colonic — or you’re an existing client who’s ready for a spring reset — this is a beautiful opportunity to come in and meet her.
Simply jump online, select a session with Pauline at Jindalee or Oxenford, and use the promotional code Pauline95 when booking booking.
So, while you’re clearing the cupboards, washing the windows and freshening up your home this spring, maybe it’s time to put you on the spring-cleaning list too.
Happy spring from all of us at A1 Colon Hydrotherapy!
