Charlie LallyI’ve recently noticed that when I’m reading for my clients; we seem to be forgetting ourselves. We are constantly concerned with or thinking about other people.
That is why “I AM” is so significant in our lives. “I AM” is a powerful phrase.
When you wake up in the morning or night, look in a mirror and say to yourself, “I AM…”
It doesn’t matter what you say after that; just say something like…
- I AM STRONG because I am aware of my weaknesses
- I AM BEAUTIFUL because I am aware of my flaws
- I AM FEARFUL because I know illusion from reality
- I AM WISE because I learn from my mistakes
- I AM HAPPY because I have experienced sadness
If something is difficult to say, you may not be ready for it, but your brain will absorb it and use it to make you more powerful when the moment arises.
Remember that it does not happen overnight, but it will happen eventually, and you will no longer need to say it.
