There are some conversations that leave you feeling inspired and uplifted long after they’ve ended. My chat with international best-selling author Jean Sheehan is one of those conversations.
Readers of Holistic Bliss may remember Jean from her previous cover stories, where she shared her work as an internationally renowned Modern Medicine Woman and Medical Intuitive.
Since then, her work has continued to evolve, expanding into what she describes as the Mystery Schools, bringing together sacred geometry numbers, ancient wisdom and consciousness in a way that feels both timeless and practical.
I asked Jean what sits at the heart of the work she does today.
She doesn’t hesitate to say.
“The heart of the work is ‘return to self’.
What does that mean?
One of the codes is, ‘I am lovable, loving, love, loved, and it always works out.’
That’s the heart of things.
And it’s all about seeing the heart of everything.”
When Jean first appeared in Holistic Bliss Magazine, many readers were greatly impacted by her amazing gifts as a medical intuitive, and through the body of work she pioneered through Millennium Education. Today, that work has expanded into something even more encompassing.
Jean shares, “…it’s not just Medical Intuition, it’s Mystery Schools. It’s inclusive of all aspects of life, working with animals, Sacred Geometry numbers, sacred shapes and people returning to themselves. Where I used to just focus very linearly on Medical Intuition… now this work includes absolutely everything.”
She smiles as she describes this evolution, not as a change in direction, but as the natural unfolding of what she always knew she would one day teach.
Rather than viewing life through what she calls a traditional 3D paradigm, Jean now teaches from a much broader perspective, one that invites people to see life, consciousness and themselves differently.
One of the questions I was most curious about was how the Mystery Schools came into being.
Jean explains that Mystery Schools themselves are far from new.
“Mystery Schools have been there for many ancient times… Aztec, Inca, Mayan, Atlantis, Egypt, Lemuria… but Mystery Schools have always been within me.
I wasn’t able to start teaching it until 2023, and I have to share as much knowledge as I can for those who are aligned with Mystery Schools.”
For Jean, timing has always been important.
Although she knew from childhood that she would become a teacher, she also knew she would need to wait.
“I’ve always, as a little girl, known I was going to be a teacher, but I knew it wasn’t going to be mainstream. I always knew it was like a school of some sort… and it wasn’t until I had a crazy awakening… I had to go through the processes that people will go through. It’s a big passion legacy that I have to do this.”
Listening to Jean speak, it’s clear this isn’t simply a body of knowledge she has studied. It’s something she has lived.
So, what is Mystery School?
“The mystery is not really a mystery. It’s just understanding how we look at everything in the universe. It is the real connection of mind, body and spirit… everything was the understanding of love… and everything was understanding about now.”
When I asked who the Mystery Schools are designed for, her answer isn’t about qualifications or experience.
Instead, it’s about recognising a feeling many people have carried for years.
“It’s for anyone who knows or feels:
- I don’t feel like I fit in
- I feel like I’m not from this planet
- I feel like there’s something bigger for me
- I feel like I know something”
She explains that people arrive when they’re ready. The invitation isn’t to become someone different. It’s simply to remember who they already are.
One of the most moving parts of our conversation comes when Jean describes the transformation she witnesses in those who come through the Mystery Schools.
“People might come for hurt, loss, pain, isolation, separation and wanting clarity.”
What follows, she says, is not perfection but a different relationship with life itself.
“The results are connection and abundance. Life is full, you see the best, and find solutions… people actually say, ‘My gosh,… it’s like I’m living my best life with peace, and clarity.’ It doesn’t mean they don’t have problems, but they understand the problems are growth… life is an adventure. It’s not about struggling or life being hard.”
When I ask what has brought her the greatest joy, Jean’s face lit up.
She describes herself as a “Mama Eagle”, watching people spread their wings.
“I give them the opportunity to grow and blossom… I see them go from that illusion of pain to the peace and love… Mystery School is a space that they can feel safe to drop all of those pains and reconnect.”
Our conversation moves to Jean’s upcoming international journeys in 2027.
While some may look at them as retreats or tours, Jean sees them very differently.
Every destination has been intentionally chosen to align with sacred geometry, numerology and the next thirteen-year cycle of consciousness.
“Everything that’s being done for next year allows people to really embody ‘I am lovable, loving, loved, love’… It’s understanding ‘I’m pure potential. I can do anything.'”
When I ask what excites Jean most about these experiences, her answer confirms they’re about far more than travel:
“This is a sacred space where, in attending the sacred sites, many have memories come back… they embrace their gifts for many lifetimes and this lifetime… they have clarity around why they’re doing what they’re doing… and it’s a space where they can leave behind all of the everyday blah blah that goes on so that they can just focus on themselves.”
Since Jean’s previous feature, she has completed five new books, continuing a much larger vision.
The books are entitled:
Secret Codes to Success
Secret Codes to Manifesting (launching Dec 2026)
Wisdom of the Desert- Lessons from an Egyptian Camel Man (launching Dec 2026)
Echoes of Atlantis & Ancient Egypt- The Hidden Truth of Spiritual Ego Exposed (launching Jan 2027)
And one additional book (its name will be kept as a surprise- launching Dec 2026)
Rather than seeing them as individual publications, she explains they form part of a thirteen-book series inspired by the Millennium Grid and the thirteen aspects of consciousness.
“The books are a series of thirteen, and each book aligns with each of the numbers of thirteen… when we understand in Mystery School the power of thirteen and soul evolution, we understand who we are.”
One thing I particularly loved was Jean’s philosophy around reading them.
There is no correct order.
No expectation.
Simply trust your intuition.
“I believe whoever’s meant to read my books will read what calls them… It might be one book; it might be all of them. It’s whatever people are guided to do, because that’s part of the Mystery.”
As our conversation draws to a close, I ask Jean what she hopes readers take away from everything she teaches.
Her answer immediately brings us back to where we began.
“One of the secret codes to success is… it always works out. Although we might not think so, we’re caught up in the 3D ego mind and all the illusions and limitations… when we look back at our life… we look back and go, ‘You know what? I did it. It did always work out.’ If people can just have that tattooed in their energy or their mind… It makes life so much easier.”
As I finished our interview, I found myself reflecting on those four simple words: it always works out.
Perhaps that’s the essence of Jean’s work.
Not teaching people to become someone new.
But gently guiding them to return to themselves, and in doing so, discovering that what they have been searching for has been within them all along.
