Building abundance through relationships and self-worth is one of the most impactful transformations you can experience, both as an individual and as a business owner.
Close your eyes for a moment. Imagine how you feel when you’re entangled in relationships that bring you down. Whether it’s romantic, familial, business-related, or even a friendship, the energy of the relationships we keep affects far more than we realise.
Think about it: if someone in your life is unsupportive or drains your energy, how does that ripple out? It shows up in how you treat others, the way you engage with your work, the energy you bring to your family, and even the way you carry yourself.
When I notice that a relationship is out of alignment, I know it’s time to take action. Whether that means setting new boundaries or releasing the connection entirely. And when I do this, I am making a conscious deposit into my self-worth bank.
Self-worth is everything. If you don’t believe you’re worthy of being treated well, of running a business that grants you time and financial freedom, or of living the life you desire, you’ll stay stuck beneath your potential.
Making a deposit into your self-worth bank means taking intentional time to love and care for yourself.
For me, this might look like:
- Pampering myself with a luxurious bath or skincare ritual.
- Sitting on my deck with a warm drink, enjoying stillness.
- Moving my body—dancing, walking, or stretching—and affirming my worth.
- Spending time with a friend who uplifts me and reminds me of my brilliance.
When I first started building my self-worth bank, I had to retrain my brain to focus on abundance instead of lack. This required shifting my mindset, and one of the most effective tools I discovered was pattern interruption.
As soon as I notice I’m spiralling into negativity or self-doubt, I interrupt the pattern and redirect my focus. Many people use tools like snapping a rubber band on their wrist, but for me, it’s water.
- I take a shower.
- I splash my face.
- I jump into the pool.
The moment water touches my skin, my mindset shifts. I’m reminded of my worth, and I can return to my aligned, empowered self.
When you learn to shift your self-worth and create healthy boundaries in your relationships, everything in your life begins to flow and grow.
A Divine Message for February
The Divine Message I want to share with you this month:
All the lessons you learned last year are beginning to bear fruit. These blessings are ready to flow into your life. This is your year. You’ve learned everything you need to—now is the time to put it into action. Trust yourself. Act now before the universe forces your hand. You are ready for change.
